Shuts Down After Initial Startup

So when I turn on my car the monitor seems fine. It registers both rear and dash cameras and displays images with no problem, however after about 1-2min the display goes blank and when I drop the button panel to show cam it won't work.... None of the buttons work. It was installed only three weeks ago and has not been dropped or taken any shock damage.... What could be the reasons none of the option buttons are working?? Why does it not display camera images even when I am in reverse? As stated above it displays rear man and dash cam images/video but once it goes blank it doesn't return until I turn on my car and goes away again after 1-2min... Any info would be useful as I fear my purchase of this product has been a waste

1. Reset BIOS by take out/put back a battery

2. Replaced case start button (not power supply). You can check it by doing the following:

a. Open computer and find a wire that goes from a case start button to motherboard.
b. Power on the computer and pull out the wire that you found in step 'a'
c. The computer starts up
