1. Check the speaker connections: Make sure that the speakers are properly connected to the amplifier. Verify that each speaker is connected to the correct output channel on the amplifier. You may also want to check the speaker wires to ensure that they are not damaged or loose.
2. Check the amplifier settings: Verify that the amplifier is set to output in stereo mode. Check the amplifier manual for instructions on how to adjust the settings.
3. Check the input source: Verify that the input source is stereo and not mono. If the input source is mono, the amplifier will only output through one channel.
4. Check the RCA cables: Verify that the RCA cables are properly connected to both the amplifier and the input source. If the RCA cables are damaged or loose, this can cause issues with the sound output.
5. Check the amplifier fuses: Check the amplifier fuses to make sure that they are not blown. If a fuse is blown, it can cause issues with the sound output.
NOTE: If none of these steps resolve the issue, it may be necessary to have the amplifier looked at by a professional. Contact Pyle customer support or a qualified technician for further assistance.
Hope this helps!!
