Pyle Pt210 120w Amplifier Whine

My amplifier emits a high-pitch whine after it has been on for three minutes. Volume control does nothing to increase or decrease the whine, The volume can be turned up high enough to overcome the whine. The whine occurs with any power source or any speaker.
