Frequency Interference

I bought two of these sets and individualy they work great. However, when I try to use 2 mics from different sets the sound dissappears and there is a squealing noise. I tried making sure the two mics were not on at the same time but that was not always possible, especially when you have more than 8 people using the mics at the same time. How do I resolve this issue?
