I Can't Seem To Get The Unit To Go Flat Down It Says 00 And If I Push Button Up
I can't seem to get my pro form 1100 sport treadmill to go down to a flat position. It's on an incline it reads 00 but on slant when I push up incline it moves very little and say it's on 10.0 then when I push down button it 9.5 then it read 0 but barely moves i not sure if there's something I can do to get it flat please let me know
