Incline Does Not Want To Decrease.

I have a Proform C525.Issue I face is that the incline does not decrease. I went into calibration mode and the incline increases more than it decreases. Now it is stuck at the steepest incline.Any way to reset everything back to its original position?Thanks!CheeSeng
