Proform 510i Treadmill

Hello, I have a Proform 510i that I bought from a friend. It worked fine for about 6 months. It usually goes through a cycle of full incline to full decline when it is plugged in. The last time I plugged it in, It went to full incline and would not transition to decline. The motor just keeps running for incline. I think it is an electrical issue but not sure if it is worth fixing. I am hand and could fix it if I knew how to diagnose the problem and change the part that needed to be changed but I am not good at diagnosing electrical issues. Can someone please help?!?

You may be having a bad incline sensor or incline motor.
