The short answer is: you cannot. (Sorry.) ProFlowers says only that it will "attempt to deliver a product on the requested day." It does list circumstances that will defeat even its "attempt":

Flowers, plants and preserved items delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender.
Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address supplied by the customer.
Decreased flower and plant quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender, or a re-route requested by the sender.
Flower and plant quality problems where delivery is delayed due to sender requiring signature upon delivery.

Despite the above weasel wording, my advice is to request a refund if your delivery was not as promised, especially if none of the numbered exceptions above apply. Call 800.580.2913.
