Where Are My Flowers?

I ordered flowers for my mom for MOTHERS day. I tracked, and it said my flowers were delivered. My mom looked everywhere, and they are not there. I called and talked to customer service, and he said they were still be delivered.

Call the California Dept. of Consumer Affairs, at 916-445-1254.
