can't give you an actual diagram but a I can try to explain how it should go. There is a line with the filter in the tank that goes to the bottom of the carb, there is another line from the carb that goes to the in port of the primer bulb, the out side of the primer bulb will go back down into the fuel tank. The primer will pull gas from the tank through the carb into the bulb then return the gas from the bulb to the tank
