Car Hesitates

Taking off from the stop sign the car will hesitate and then go and then hesitate again at about 20 to 30 mph. It never does die but it will buck and jump. It seems to do it worse after the engine has been run and then sets for an hour. When you go to leave that's when it seems to act up worse!!
