2005 Pontiac Vibe The Vehicle Will Not Get Out Of Park Will Not Unlock By Keyles

entery.  Is making a clicking noise behind glove box. The engine will not turn over and the back hatch will not open. Was running good stopped to take a nap at rest area woke up to this.
