My 2005 G6 V6 211 Cid Has An Issue With The Idle! When I Stop At A Light The Idl

when i stop at a light the idle misses a little like it wants to die out and the rpm's are at around 400 and 500 is this normal, i have also cleaned the TB and Maf sensor, when i have the AC on it does not do that at all it seems normal, i have changed plugs iridium as called for and wires, someone told me it might be the EGR valve which i have not done, so if you can help that would be great thx.
