Repairs Of The Front Bumpper Panel As Well As The Headlamp Mounting Headlight No

the bumper upper panel where the headlights nose plastic the part the holds the lights inplace is or repairs, needed info on how to do it. repair it.  also the lock part the hold my hold down is benthe beam is bent. is it away to straiten it out. can it ben back in place?again the black plastic that hold the lights in place i need to know how to put it back in place correctly'  so please give insight on it.  thank you
