Will Not Start

good battery plus hooked up power booster. totally dead, no panel lights

As this is a side mount battery vehicle, the cables sometime corrode to an extreme state requiring replacement of the cables.

Remove the cables and clean thoroughly if they do not need replacement, lubricate and reattach.

first thing you should do is take the battery to a parts place and have it tested, if its good then make sure all ground cables are in good condition
