Tablet Life
Being at work now, I don't have my tablet # but my question is...My tablet displays a Battery with a ! in it each time I turn it on and will not take a charge at all. Is there a chance I need a new battery. The tablet is just 1 year old?

Yes, unfortunately it does sound like the battery has gone bad. The battery is not user-replaceable so you will need experience with repairing electronics if you wish to replace it. Before you do anything like that though I would suggest trying a different charger just in case that's the problem.
