Why Do We Only Have Black And White From Our Dvd To New Polaroid Tc

Bought a new tv today's, Polaroid. Nice picture but with the DVD it is black and white only.

It sounds like the TV is defective (assuming you know the DVD player works properly and you have it hooked up correctly). I would exchange it at the store you bought it from.
