-turn off your tablet
- press the following buttons on your tablet:
Power button
Volume down/up or both (press the middle)
OR
Look for a reset button or pinhole and press it
-press them until you see the logo
- you will then see a menu, if not, mash the buttons again to see it
-on system menu, choose recovery mode
-select wipe data/factory reset
-choose yes
-tablet will now reboot or you will need to confirm the reboot
This procedure will delete all data and its apps on your tablet.
