why are pokerstars accepting a deposit from me but not letting me play

Pokerstars will not refuse your deposit, because doing so would almost certainly lose you as a customer--and the play issue can most likely be resolved. To resolve the issue or get your money back your best course is to write [email protected] or use this online form. (You'll probably get a prompt answer.) Although PokerStars does not accept phone calls, it may phone you.
