My Ps3 Doesn't Enter To Main Menu

I need help in because my PS3 can not enter the system menu, go to the page where the user asked to choose, I choose but does not enter the main menu, stuck on this part, and try what the manual says says to press the power button for 15 seconds or more. I tried that but my PS3 still does not enter the main menu.
