Why Does My Plt_legend Keep Losing Bluetooth Connection With My Ihpone 5s?

This happens more and more frequently while I'm talking on the phone. I recharge the headset and reset the phone to refresh the connection, and that seems to correct it momentarily. However, I am having to do this way too often! My phone does not have this issue with my other devices.
