Plantronics Voyager 104 Not Charging… I Think
I have a Plantronics voyager 104. It worked great the first time I used it. I don't think the headset is charging now. When I turn the headset on, the voice says "charge headset, Powering off" and then the headset turns off. When I have the headset charging or at least plugged in, there is no light that indicates headset is charging.

How do I factory reset my Plantronics Voyager?Hold down the MINUS (-) volume control and the black power button at the same time until the blue light goes out. Step 3 Wait 1 minute for the reset to power down the software and clear firmware.
if not , it has to be repaired

Fit
For the best fit and sound quality, adjust the headband. 1 Lengthen or shorten the headband until the ear cushions fit comfortably over your ear.
2 Position the stabilizer T-pad above your ear.
3 Stretch and bend your headset for a perfect fit. 4 To wear the microphone on the other side, rotate the boom up and over. 5 Adjust the boom so it points to the corner of your mouth.
