Plantronics Voyager 104 Not Charging - I Think
I have a Plantronics voyager 104. It worked great the first time I used it. I don't think the headset is charging now. When I turn the headset on, the voice says "charge headset, Powering off" and then the headset turns off. When I have the headset charging or at least plugged in, there is no light that indicates headset is charging.

there is no troublshooting steps given - please contact them for warrenty /service

Fit
For the best fit and sound quality, adjust the headband. 1 Lengthen or shorten the headband until the ear cushions fit comfortably over your ear.
