Savor M1100 Reset

My Plantronics Savor M1100 show no flashing alternating red-blue light after I pressed and hold the call button for 10 seconds, therefore no paring with new phone possible and my previous paired phone is now not able to find the unit as well. Looking for way to reset the M1100 unit.
