What Is The Difference Between The T-10 Plantronics Verses The S-11 Phone.

The T10 is a single line telephone with a headset. It plugs directly into your phone jack wall outlet at home. It rings, lets you dial and has all the characteristics of a typical phone.

The S11 is a headset amplifier with a headset. It plugs into a phone (where your handset plugs into) and has no telephone features or characteristics. That's why it has to plug into a phone to work.
