I Cannot Hear From My M25 Bluetooth, But The Person Can Hear Me.

I have a M25 Bluetooth which is paired and will do my voice calls, but I cannot hear anything from the device, however the person I call can hear me. What could be wrong?

Try to adjust the volume using the volume button.If it won't work your speakers have some problems.Contact Plantronics helpcentre for more details.

Greetings. Try and reset it and then pair it afterwards and observe.

The headset may be defect in the extreme.

The issue may be that your battery needs to be recharged. if you had your bluetooth for a while, the rechargeable battery may be losing it's charge that it's time to get a replacement.
