Hi. Is this a Windows Mobile Smartphone or the Windows Phone 8? Otherwise, Platronic says this is a 'Universally Compatible' headset. What you can try therefore is to update your firmware (to any available updates) or contact support directly from here http://www.plantronics.com/us/company/contact.jsp to avail further help.

Get Paired
The first time you power on your headset, it begins the pairing process.
1 Wearing your headset, power it on your phone and set it to search for new devices.

DeepSleep Mode
If you leave your headset powered on but out of range of your paired phone for more than 90 minutes, your phone, press the Call button to exit DeepSleep mode.
