Unsuccessful Pairing With Iphone 4g.
i am unable to succssfully pair my plantronics explorer 395 with my iphone 4G. Please advise.

plantronics has a great pairing turorial tool on their website

make sure you are using the "0000" pairing code

Try pairing the headset to a different phone (maybe a friends). If it doesn't pair you know the headset is defective and needs to be replaced. If it does pair, try removing the headset from the list of devices on your iPhone and re-pair using the link below (the latest info from Plantronics):
