My Call Button Seems To Be Stuck,
I can not answer calls with it but worst of all, I can not activate my hands free to pair it with a new cell phone, Is there any other way to pair the device?

Sorry, but the call control button is essential to the pairing process and other things. If it's still under warranty (1 year), return it to your vendor for replacement or call Plantronics at 800-544-4660 x5538 for warranty assistance.
