Hooking Up Cs55 Headset
I just got a Plantronics CS55 Headset System ... I have all the wires hooked up correctly. When I make an outgoing call, I can hear the person on the other end of the phone, but they cannot hear me. I have someone else in my office who has the same headset and I have verified that the cables are setup correctly. Can you assist in what I might be doing incorrectly??
