How Do I Get My Plantronics Backbeat Fit To Power Up?
plugged in to power and get solid red light. 4+ hours later still red and cannot turn on. Tried reset and nothing. No blue no flashing red. Please help.

I read through some forums and found the following solution (which worked beautifully for me):
- Hold the power button on your Backbeat fit(or pairing button on your Bacbeat fit) and while holding down the button (pressing it) connect it to the charger. That should do the trick.
- But for me, for some reason, it didn't work. I then did what the forums also mentioned, which was to leave the headphones aside for 12-18 hours so that it completely discharges. Then try step 1 again. That is what worked for me.
