Pioneer Elite Vsx-43 Diagnostic Sequence

Background: My VSX-43 AVR powered off and the HDMI blue LED was flashing continuously. Owners manual said it was a hard fault. I searched for a repair manual and could not locate one. I did locate a repair video on You Tube that allowed me to bypass the system shut down. The tuner and amp work, but none of the digital inputs/outputs function.Question:1) How do I enter the diagnostic mode and manipulate it using the front panel buttons?2) Where can I order a Repair Manual for this device?

Go to page 51 for diagnostic instructions, this is for the vsx-300 model, the only service manual available.
