If the volume buttons on your Pioneer AVIC-Z130BT are not working at all, there are several possible causes and solutions to this issue:
  1. Check the mute function: Make sure that the mute function is not activated. This could be the cause of the volume buttons not working. You can check this by pressing the "Mute" button on your device or checking the settings.
  2. Check the wiring: Check the wiring connections between the unit and the speakers. Loose or damaged wiring could be preventing the volume buttons from working properly. Make sure all connections are secure and in good condition.
  3. Check the volume level: Check the volume level on your device. If it is set to a very low level, it may appear as if the volume buttons are not working when in fact the sound is simply too low. Increase the volume level and test the buttons again.
  4. Reset the device: Try resetting your Pioneer AVIC-Z130BT by pressing and holding the "Reset" button for a few seconds. This will reset the device to its default settings and may help to fix any software issues causing the volume buttons to not work.
  5. Contact Pioneer support: If none of these solutions work, it may be necessary to contact Pioneer support for further assistance. They may be able to diagnose the issue and provide a solution or recommend a repair service if needed.
