Avh-x5600bhs Firmware Update

i have just completed AVH-X5600BHS Firmware Update for SiriusXM, i live in the caribbean i am unable to get or select any radio station , how can i fix this

Reset the microprocessor, Instructions are on page 48 of the owners manual.
