Does Piggly Wiggly Give Rainchecks When They Run Out Of A Special Items.

wanted to purchase neckbones that piggly wiggly had on special when I got there they were sold out and would not give a raincheck so I could purchase them at sale price when they were back in stock. I feel that is sort of unfair because everybody can't get there the day the sales begins.
