Can't Power Up Dvp

how do I troubleshoot failure of power up process?

Hello, to properly troubleshoot the problem you would need a wiring schematic and/or the service manual. You can buy either of these documents (or both) here:

Check the power cable ' unplug it for 10 sec, if still can not turn on' the power supply might be broken either there is a blown fuse on the power supply.
