Phillips 42pfl7432d/37 Tv Power Light Comes On With No Picture Or Sound.
When turned on the power light comes on you hear a click with no picture or soud. After a few seconds it shuts off and then starts all over again. With the back off I notice there are five led lights on the tuner board that only three light up when the power light is on and then one shuts off with the power light.
