The Motor On 797 Serger

there is 120 coming in the circuit board the switch seems to work but only low voltage after switch what are the checks on the board and resistance of the motor

This depends you need to check the PCB if you are efficient enough and have the good knowledge of circuitry than open it either you can contact PTAFF.
