Bobbin Or Feed Dog Problem

when sewing on any stitch, after the first couple of stitches the bobbin seems to get caught and has extra threads as if not flowing properly; and it seem as if the feed dog wants to eat the fabric. I tried cleaning off dust and reloading the bobbin but it did not help.
