Proceedure For The Process Of Embroidering . I Have Tried To Get My New Machi

I need to know how to get my folder from a USB stick to start. At present I see the sign that says "color blockk placed on both hoop sides not allowed" and I cannot engage the machine to embroider. What can I do or what button shoule I select to start my embroidery?
