Paying An Invoice For Damages.

I have an invoice I'm trying to pay for vehicle damage. Who can I call? I don't feel comfortable sending a check to some address without having some sort of communication with the company or department that handles these types of claims and invoices. All my attempts to contact someone about this matter get diverted - then dropped. I just want to pay what I owe and ensure that the issue is resolved. Who do I call? Is there a "Real" number with a "Real" person that I can speak with about this matter?

Your credit card may cover your responsibility for damage to our vehicle. However, that coverage is almost always secondary or excess to any other coverage you might have, such as your own auto insurance policy. Usually the coverage offered by a credit card applies only to the deductible on the collision and comprehensive portion of your personal auto policy. To be certain, you must check the terms of your credit card agreement.
