I bookes a flight with Southwest Airlines and they reserved a car with Payless Car Rental for the NCAA Final Four Basketball weekend, in Indianapolis IN at a fixed rate, When we got to Indianapolis and called to pick up the car, the Payless Car Rental supervisor said that Southwest did not prepay for the car and so that had no car for me. I have to go to another car rental company, that Southwest also deals with and rent a car on the spot at a much higher rate. I know the cost would have been much less id Southwest had reserved with this other rental company in the first place. I am complaining to Southwest about the practices at Payless Car Rental. I need to know the name of the Director of Customer Service, so that I can lodge my complaint with the right person. Thank you.
