New C520 Will Not Charge.
I purchased the C520 3 years as a back-up for my P2030. I never charged the C520 after purchase. My P2030 has died after 7 years of excellent service. I inserted my SIM card into the C520 with my new battery (PBR-C520); no power. Attached to proper battery charger; still no power. Help please.

If you are certain you have an OEM Pantech Battery then you most likely have a hardware failure. Although the battery isn't controlled by the sim card you will have to register it to the backup phone.
