Pantech Jest 2 Wrong Time

After over a year of use, my phone suddenly displays the wrong time. I haven't changed timezones and it isn't day light savings. How do I fix this?

Press menu> settings&tools>phone settings>time&date> press the directional key up,down or right & input date, time DST & current time zone.

I couldn't find a date & time option on mine, but when I shut off and restarted my phone, the time corrected itself.
