Cant Use Hdmi 2 To Connect To Internet Since Switching From
Xfinity all in one router/modeum from a netgear router being installed after the Xfinity (moduem/router)

You will probably find that the new router does not use the HDMI port for access The HDMI would be reserved for audio /video. Normally it would use the ethernet connection for internet. Check the connectivety connection to your new router for the operation of the Inputs/Outputs.
