This lamp should be replace by the local Panasonic technician since it should be under the 5 year warranty. To replace it requires pulling the optical engine from the set and disassembling the all the parts attached to the lamp assembly. It is easier to see when you have the new lamp assembly in front of you to see what stays and what needs to be removed.
