This model has the Famous LIFI lamp, that only Panasonic Technicians can change. You need to call customer support to have them send out a technician to repair it under their extended warranty. The symptom will cause the power LED to blink either 2 or 3 times, pause then repeat. If it blinks13 times pause and repeat then it's the power supply for the lamp.
