Power Light Blinks Green When I Power Up

according to the service manual, a constant green blinking power LED indicator is a sign that the power to the digital tuner is not found. This could be the tuner board or the main board. This needs to see a technician most likely. I would unplug the AC cord for several minutes to hard reset before calling a shop.
