Hi. Either you have a bad door hook (which engages with the door latch) or door spring. You will likely require the assistance of a technician if you should be unable to access these parts.

Remove the power cable from the socket so the item is not live. Leave 15mins to allow the unit to discharge. You can then remove the cover by undoing the screws around the rear and possibly the side. This will expose the internal mechanics. From there you should be able to release the door catch and identify the problem part. However if it is under warranty you need to contact the dealer. Iif you do not feel confident you have the ability to avoid any area where the electrics are, call an engineer. It is a simple mechanical catch which should be visible with the cover off.
