Blown Fuse

Hi, I have a panasonic microwave nn - sd987s and i had a power surge it will not power on. I bought a replacement ceramic microwave fuse from home depot and it powered on when I replaced it. But when I tried heating something, it blew right up again. This happened twice. Any ideas why this is happening?
